The City of Huntsville’s Community Development Department has completed its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Program Year 2024. In accordance with regulations at 24 CFR Part 91, grantees are required to submit a CAPER within 90 days of the close of the program year. This report provides an assessment of expenditures and accomplishments through federal grant funds received from the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) during the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. It measures the City’s progress in carrying out its 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and its one-year 2024 Action Plan.
