Description of Project: Construction of new monument signage for Cummings Research Park.
PRE-QUALIFICATION: All contractors who plan to submit a bid must submit a prequalification package, which can be obtained at www.huntsvilleal.gov/engineeringbids. Three (3) copies of the completed prequalification package must be submitted to the City of Huntsville Engineering Department contacts provided no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. Responses will be evaluated and contractors will be notified promptly. Bids will only be considered from contractors deemed to be qualified through this process. The City of Huntsville will not be responsible for a bidder’s failure to complete the pre-qualification package nor to become pre-qualified.
