You are hereby notified that the court has issued a Temporary Protection Order dated April 7, 2025 and has directed service upon you by publication pursuant to Rule 4.3 of the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure. You must answer the petition or a judgment by default may be rendered against you granting the relief requested in the petition. A court hearing is scheduled for September 22, 2025, at the Limestone County District Court appearing before the Honorable Judge Huggins.
