Notice is hereby given that Habitat for Humanity of the River Valley has completed the contract for New Single-Family Constructions located at 3129 Nassau Drive SW, 216 Lake Dr., and 215 Lake Dr. between Habitat for Humanity of the River Valley and the City of Huntsville, Alabama using Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) HOME Investment Partnership funding in the amounts of $110,000 3129 Nassau Dr., $103,204.74 216 Lake Dr., and $123,764.99 215 Lake Dr. Habitat for Humanity of the River Valley has submitted for final settlement of said contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify the City of Huntsville Department of Community Development at (256) 427-5407.
