BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, that the following amendments are made to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Huntsville, Alabama: Section 1. Chapter 22, Article I, Section 22-1 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Huntsville Alabama is hereby amended to read as follows:
