ReLaunch Job Fair offers fresh start for Huntsville job seekers on April 7

The Huntsville/Madison County Chamber is partnering with the Alabama Career Center, the Alabama Community College System, local nonprofits, and community agencies to host the upcoming ReLaunch Job Fair — an event designed to connect job seekers with area employers and workforce resources.

The free event will take place on Tuesday, April 7, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Huntsville. Attendees are asked to use Entrance No. 7 on St. Clair Avenue, across from the Huntsville/Madison County Public Library.

Organizers say the ReLaunch Job Fair is specifically geared toward individuals who are changing careers, unemployed or underemployed, have not completed high school, or are seeking a second chance in the workforce.

The Chamber’s mission is twofold: to help local businesses find qualified employees while also empowering residents to improve their quality of life and financial stability.

In addition to meeting directly with hiring employers, job seekers will have access to free onsite support services, including résumé assistance, a copy and print station, and English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English interpretation and translation services to ensure accessibility for a broader segment of the community.

There is no cost for job seekers to attend. Employers may participate for a fee, with discounted rates available for Chamber members and nonprofit organizations.

Community members are encouraged to register in advance or sign up at the door on the day of the event.

As North Alabama continues to expand, initiatives like the ReLaunch Job Fair serve as a bridge between opportunity and talent — strengthening the region’s workforce and opening doors for those ready to take the next step.
