BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Alabama as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 3, Article II, Subsection (c) (1) of Section 3-27 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 3-27. – Arts and entertainment district.
(c) Quigley Arts and Entertainment District established.
(1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3) of this subsection (c), there is hereby established the following named and generally described district, the Quigley Arts and Entertainment District, which is also shown on the appended map incorporated herein by reference, which district shall constitute an entertainment district pursuant to Code of Ala. 1975, § 28-3A-17.1:
