Public notice is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Huntsville Historic Preservation Commission will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall, 305 Fountain Circle, Huntsville, Alabama. The Commission will take action on the following items:
705 School Street – Trey Propst, applicant.
Change roof material from metal to architectural shingles.
1209 Wellman Avenue – Trey Propst, applicant.
Demolish shed, wrap front porch columns, remove asbestos siding and replace with Hardie board, replace windows and two entrance doors.
