Public comments are solicited on the Army’s recommendation for corrective measures for groundwater at RSA-008.
RSA-008, Inactive Sewage Treatment Plant #4, is located in the northeastern portion of Redstone Arsenal, within the groundwater unit RSA-145. Sewage Treatment Plant #4 was constructed in 1959 and treated domestic sewage and wastewater until it was removed from service in 1992.
