BE IT ORDAINED, Alabama, that the Code of Ordinances of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, Chapter 25, Traffic and Vehicles, Article IV, General Rules of Vehicle Operation, Division 2, Speed, Section 25-163, Street Schedule, is hereby amended and shall supersede Ordinance No. 23-388 and any and all Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance as follows:
