The Huntsville City Council will vote on an agreement Thursday that would provide incentives to Breeze Airways.
Breeze Airways has offered non-stop flights from Huntsville International Airport for more than three years. The non-stop flights have included Tampa, Orlando, Las Vegas and Los Angeles, which was added last summer.
