The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is proposing to issue a Consent Order to Saint-Gobain Ceramic Materials (hereinafter “Saint-Gobain”) for alleged violations of provisions of the City of Huntsville Air Pollution Control Rules and Regulations (COHRAR).
