The City of Huntsville’s Community Development Department has completed its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for FY21. A draft copy of this report may be viewed on line at www. huntsvilleal.gov/residents/ neighborhoods/housing/ fair-housing/ and at the Community Development Department Office located in the Yarbrough Office Center, 120 E. Holmes Avenue, and the Huntsville-Madison County Public Library, located at 915 Monroe Street. Submit comments to Scott Erwin, City of Huntsville Department of Community Development, P.O.
