Stanley Bernard Duncan was born in Madison County, Alabama on September 25, 1962 to the late Luella Duncan Elliott and Roosevelt Jones. He received his wings and went home to be with the Lord on November 12, 2021.
Stanley was educated in Madison County School System and graduated from Huntsville High School. He worked for Hardiman Remediation Services, Inc., in Ardmore, AL.
