Hopewell M. B. Church, where the Pastor is Dr. Larry Davidson Jr., celebrated its Youth Day Program on September 19, 2021.
What an experience we had at the “Well” with a heart-felted prayer by Brother Chris Garner. A young, fire-ball Elder Jarvis Tucker presented a spiritual praise sermon based upon Job 22:28″.
Tucker preached that “if you don’t believe me, watch, everything Job had gone through was a process”. As you know, the process is a series of actions or steps taken to achieve, and Job was a great example.
Finally, the choir sang a song called “Being An Overcomer.” WOW, God blessed Job more because he was an overcomer. Hallelujah! The church must be an overcomer like Job.
